The Manufacturing Technology of the Metal Corrugated Pipe

The metal corrugated pipe can be applied in many field and application. The manufacturing technique seems to be much more important. Here are the two steps among the whole process.
1.Overline on the plate material according to the technology, because the mechanical property in the lengthways is better than the croswise. The height of the metal corrugated pipe need to be same with the fiber direction or it is easy to break. 
2.Coiling block. Make the plate material into the cylinder with the tube coiling machine. The space between the longitudinal seam should be over 250mm.
