The Manufacturer Technology of the Metal Corrugated Pipe

We usually manufacture the metal corrugated pipe according to the specified welding parameter, such as the welding current, arc length, argon flow, welding speeding, then we need to adjust the argonaut welding. Fasten the tube on the welding jig well, then weld it without the weld defect. The sunken of the welding line and aboral staggered edge should be thicker then the plate. Then circle the tube on the tube coiling machine. The last but not least step is the coiling block. The intervals between layer of the metal corrugated pipe should be less or equal to the single layer board. There is not allowed to have the oil, water or dust.
