Corrugated pipe is a kind of tubular elastic sensitive element which is connected by folding wrinkle sheet along the folding direction. Bellows are widely used in instruments. The main purpose of bellows is to transform pressure into displacement or force as a measuring element of pressure measuring instruments. The wall of bellows is thin and the sensitivity is high. The measuring range is tens of PA to tens of MPa. The open end is fixed, the sealing end is in a free state, and the auxiliary spiral spring or reed is used to increase the elasticity. When working, under the action of internal pressure, it stretches along the length direction of the pipe, making the movable end produce a displacement which has a certain relationship with the pressure. The movable end drives the pointer to directly indicate the pressure. Bellows and displacement sensors are often combined to form a pressure sensor which outputs electricity, sometimes used as isolation elements. The response speed of bellows is lower than that of Bourdon tube because of its large volume change. Bellows are suitable for measuring low pressure.

Corrugated pipe mainly include corrugated metal pipe, corrugated expansion joints, corrugated heat exchange tubes, membrane boxes and metal hoses. corrugated metal pipes are mainly used to compensate the thermal deformation of pipelines, reduce the vibration and absorb the settlement deformation of pipelines. They are widely used in petrochemical, instrument, aerospace, chemical, electric power, cement, metallurgy and other industries. Corrugated pipes made of plastics and other materials play an irreplaceable role in the fields of medium transportation, power threading, machine tools, home appliances, etc.

Construction of steel corrugated pipe culvert:

First, the foundation material and backfill shall be no more than 75px graded gravel or graded gravel, with a compaction degree of more than 95%, and the reserved camber of the foundation shall be 0.3% - 1% of the pipe length.

Second, during backfilling, the wedge-shaped parts on both sides of the steel corrugated culvert pipe shall be mainly focused on. Small tamping machines or artificial wood rods shall be used to tamp obliquely. The action point of the wood rods must be close to the pipe body, and each groove part must be tamped in place, which is an important link related to the engineering quality of the culvert pipe. There shall be no more than 75px grain size stones around the 1250px pipe wall, so as to avoid damage to the pipe wall and lead to the backfilling quality It is lowered and backfilled overhead.

Third, when backfilling both sides of culvert pipe, it must be backfilled layer by layer at the same time, so as to avoid the displacement of culvert pipe and the decline of backfill quality.
