We can offer anticorrosive corrugated steel pipe that used in harsh environment because of its superior corrosive resistance. Our anticorrosive corrugated steel pipe can be divided into galvanized pipe, aluminized type 2 coating, polymer-laminated coated and asphalt coated corrugated steel pipe.


Galvanized or zinc-coated steel is the standard finish of all corrugated steel pipe and it performs well in low-abrasion conditions. The galvanized corrugated steel pipe can be serviced for 25 years without damage.


Aluminized type 2 coating can offer much more corrosion resistance than galvanized products. It has the characteristics of aluminum of high strength and low cost. The service life can be up to 75 years.


Polymer-laminated coating is the ideal choice for the most aggressive environments. It is a tough, heavy-gauge film that is laminated to both sides of galvanized steel to produce a corrosion and abrasion barrier. Polymer laminate corrugated steel pipe can stand up to high concentrations of acids and alkalis. The service life can be more than 100 years.


Asphalt coating is often coated after fabrication or after installation. It is used to reinforce the pipe in the sites where the three coatings available (galvanized, ALT2 and polymer) on steel delivered to pipe fabrication facilities may not be the best match for the site conditions.


Depth of cover

The minimum allowable depth of cover is the largest of:

For roads H=B/8+0.2(m) H=B/6(m) and not less than 0.6(m)

For railways H=B/4 and not less than 0.6(m)

There is a possibility to reduce depth of cover provided that suitable checking calculations will be made.
