zThe heat treatment is essential and important technology of the corrugated metal culvert pipe manufacturing technique.
There are two ways of manufacturing the corrugated metal culvert pipe material: work hardening and dispersion strengthening. The normal work hardening material has H80、QSn6.5-0.1、NiCu28-2.5-1.5、1Cr18Ni9Ti and 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 and so on. After the treatment of recrystallization annealing or quench solution treatment, it has the excellent plastic deformation performance, which can satisfy the requirement of attenuation and forming technology. During the deformation process, the material become the work hardening, like GH4132、GH4169.
There are two goals of the heat treatment of the corrugated metal culvert pipe: one is eliminate the work hardening and recover its plasticity; the other is intensify the material and regain its elasticity.
