In NeiMengGu province, China, we have undertaken a water delivery project, which has been dubbed "delivery water in sky" due to the significant sections of the pipeline being elevated above the ground on large frames. This approach offers various advantages, including the reduction of water flow roughness and the improvement of the overall lifespan of the pipe structure.

For this project, our chosen solution is a lightweight corrugated steel structure, which proves to be an ideal option given the project's requirements. Taking into account the characteristics of water flow, we have designed a round-shaped corrugated pipe. Inside the pipe, a corrugated steel lining is installed along the bottom, with the corrugations aligned in the direction of water flow. This design feature serves to reduce the roughness of the corrugated steel structure and effectively protects the inner wall of the pipeline from erosion caused by the flow of water.

Through this innovative design approach, we aim to ensure the longevity and efficiency of the water delivery system while minimizing maintenance requirements and enhancing overall performance.
